A dark and very drinkable beer. A highly complex malt and fruit taste with a medium bitterness and hints of dark chocolate and coffee. The malt, fruit and bitterness linger on for a long satisfying aftertaste.

Quayside - 4.9% ABV

Winter 2003 - SIBA North - Gold

A dark copper coloured bitter beer. There is a strong malt and hop taste with treacle toffee. The aftertaste is long bitter/fruit with and a hint of the fresh root ginger, used in the copper.
