CASK ALES
(Available in 9 gallon casks, or in 18 gallon casks by prior arrangement)

Westmorland Bitter - 3.6% ABV

A light copper coloured bitter. Taste is of lightly roasted malts, and fruity hop bitterness derived from the Challenger and Northdown hops used. A surprisingly robust and tasty beer for its strength.

Lancashire Bitter - 3.8% ABV

2007 Tesco Drinks Awards Finalist.

A pale amber coloured session bitter. Initial bitter and malty taste with a lingering after taste of honey with gentle spiciness. An interesting but not too challenging beer with a body and taste you would expect from a stronger brew.

Union Flag 1606 - 3.9% ABV

Brewed to commemorate the union of England and Scotland, and the original Union Flag.

This blonde beer has an aroma of top fruit. The taste is bitter fruit and honey with a hint of nuttiness, and a long bitter/soft fruit aftertaste.
An easy drinking beer, refreshing and satisfying.

Hurricane Bitter - 4.1% ABV

Originally brewed to commemorate Battle of Britain day.

A pale golden coloured, bitter beer. An initial hop character from the East Kent Goldings aroma hops that are added late to the copper, with malt overtones that are enhanced by the addition of malted oats.
